A heteromorphic statue in which the head of Fudo Myoo is combined with Aizen Myoo.
Fudo Myo-o is said to be the appearance of Dainichi Nyorai, who has transformed into an angry form, and is said to have the power to remove all disasters and fulfill his wishes. The figure of these two forms united represents the main vow of love and harmony (the vow of salvation and enlightenment for sentient beings), and was worshiped as a mutual benefit. Sitting on a lotus pedestal enshrined in a treasure vessel, the lower part depicts the two children, Sokara and Setaka, who are attendants of Fudo Myoo.
It is rare to see an Esoteric Buddhism tool (three pestle) drawn on the upper part.
It can be said that this is one of the most valuable art pieces by Aizen Myoo, whose relics
are few.
