How to order

【Bank transfer details】

• Please check the bank account information listed on your invoice or the order confirmation email sent to the email address you registered when placing your order.
• Bank transfer fees etc. are borne by the customer
• Please make the transfer using the name you registered when placing your order. (If the name of the transferee is different, please let us know in advance.)
• If we are unable to confirm payment within 7 days of placing your order, your order will be cancelled.
• We will ship the product after confirming your payment.

• You can choose from the following payment methods: "lump sum payment," "revolving payment," and "installment payment."
• Security code (card authentication)
  You will need to enter the "security code." This is a three-digit (or four-digit) number printed in the corner of the signature panel on your card.
  

Payment period

About the types of shipping methods

For overseas shipping, we use EMS (international mail), DHL, etc. Please contact us if you have any other preferred shipping methods.

Within Japan, we use Yamato Transport (Takkyubin), Sagawa Express, etc. On-site delivery may also be possible.

• Normally, after payment is confirmed, we will ship within 5 business days after the exhibition ends if the artwork is currently on display. *It may take additional time depending on the size and content.

Shipping

We also ship internationally (separate shipping charges apply). 
 
For orders within Japan, shipping costs are included in the product price, with some exceptions. Depending on the item, we may contact you in advance to discuss shipping methods, etc.

Product delivery time

Generally, we will deliver within 7 days of receiving your delivery request. *Please note that it may take longer depending on the size and contents.

• In the case of works currently on display, we will generally ship and deliver within seven business days after the exhibition ends. *Depending on the size and content, it may take additional time.
• While we take great care to strictly adhere to delivery deadlines, delivery times may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as production and inventory status, traffic conditions, and system troubles. Our store will not be held responsible for any damages incurred by customers or third parties as a result of such changes. The same applies to delays in delivery due to customer circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

Exchanges and returns

If the product you receive is different from the one you ordered or if it was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will also accept returns if the product was damaged during shipping and cannot be repaired. We cannot accept exchanges or returns other than the above cases, but please contact us if you have any questions.
